Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad leg of the PNB MetLife Junior Badminton Championship (JBC) - 5 concluded today at A Shuttlers Badminton Academy, Near Marigold Circle, Bopal, Ahmedabad, bringing out top shuttlers from the city.

The winners were felicitated by Mayur Parikh, Vice President, Badminton Association of India; Sameer Abbassi, Veteran International Badminton Player, and Geetha Johri, Ex- DGP Gujarat and Veteran International Badminton Player.

In the Boys Singles U-17 category, Daivik Chauhan from Divine Child High School Surat defeated Shaurya Pant from Shining star badminton academy with score 12-15 15-12 15-7. In the Girls Singles U-17 category, Archi from Delhi Public School, Bopal defeated Aesha Gandhi from Vaghodia sports complex, vadodara with score 15-11 15-7.
