We encourage you to use the self-service options of khUshi App (Android and iOS) and/or log into the Customer section to download/manage your policy. You can also download it through the link sent via SMS and email to your registered mobile number and email ID, respectively. Alternatively, you can call us on the toll-free number 1800 425 6969 or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org to manage policy from your home.
You can intimate a claim by submitting signed Claim Intimation Letter mentioning the Policy number, brief of the insured event and other claim documents and write us at email@example.com or Indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in along with other supporting claim documents or call us at 1800-425-6969 in case of any claims queries
