360Health services are currently available for PNB MetLife customers only
All 360Health Services and are offered through our partner Visit Health Private Limited
Log into khUshi App and click on the 360Health Icon from the quick link or 360 Health banner and select the required service and book as required.
Log into khUshi App and click on the 360Health Icon from the quick link and select a service or navigate from 360Health Banner to view services and click on Online Doctor Consultation, choose your preferred specialist, enter the basic symptoms and start a consultation via chat, video, or audio call.
Log into khUshi App and click on the 360Health Icon from the quick link and select a service or navigate from 360Health Banner to view services and click on Medicines. Choose your medicines, upload your prescription select the required medications, and place your order. Your medicines will be delivered to the given address.
There are various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
Track your order or appointment by clicking on the required service which you have availed and it will show you the status on your order
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by clicking on the required service and choose the appropriate option for rescheduling or cancelling.
If an order or appointment is cancelled, the amount will be refunded by Visit Health to the payment source within 5-7 working days, subject to bank processing times and RBI guidelines. (PNB MetLife will not be responsible for any type of refund or monetary disputes. PNB MetLife will only provide redirection gateway on its digital platforms/Website/Khushi App and will not take any accountability or responsibility to services provided by Visit Health.)
