Simply download the app from Google Play Store and login using your PNB MetLife website ‘customer login’ credentials or ‘register’ to create your login credentials.

To start a conversation, you can simply type your query or just tap the microphone icon in the chat window to enable voice and khUshi will start listening and respond to your query.

Yes, off course! Once you login to the app, you can click on the icon besides the text box to access the shortcut menu and khUshi will provide the information you seek on your policy
