    Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism – Insurance Ombudsman
    If you are not satisfied with our resolutions/decision on your complaint, you can invoke the speedy and no cost alternative dispute resolution mechanism by approaching the jurisdictional Insurance Ombudsman appointed by the Govt, within 1 year of our decision provided; (1) The value of your claims/complaint is less than INR '50 Lakh’ and (2) You have not approached any court of law with the same dispute.
