    Digital alternatives during COVID-19 :

    • Dear Customer, due to the prevailing COVID-19 scenario, we are facing constraints in delivering the physical policy document to your mailing address. We encourage you to use the self-service options of khUshi App (Android and iOS) and/or log into the Customer section to download/manage your policy. You can also download it through the link sent via SMS and email to your registered mobile number and email ID, respectively. Alternatively, you can call us on the toll-free number 1800 425 6969 or write us at indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in to manage policy from your home.
    • We are extending grace period till 31st May'20 for policy renewal due in March'20 and extra 30 days for policy renewal due in April'20. Stay Indoors. Stay Safe.

    Claim Intimation for COVID-19 :

In case of a Death Claim, kindly submit the signed Claim Intimation Letter mentioning the policy number, brief of the insured event and other claim documents on the email mentioned herewith. Please write-in to us at claimshelpdesk@pnbmetlife.com or indiaservice@pnbmetlife.co.in. You can also call us on 1800-425-6969 for death claims intimations and for any queries on Monday - Saturday between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. For any escalation pertaining to death claims, you can contact Vaspa Mane - 9096021118 / Zainulabuddin Mohammed - 9900100152.
