Pay via Phone - IVRS Premium Payment Option

  • IVRS Premium Payment Option

  • Renewal premium payment can now be made by calling at PNB MetLife Toll Free number
    1800-425-6969. The system uses the interactive voice response technology which is simple, secure
    and a reliable payment solution. Payments can be made via-

    • Master / Visa credit card
    • Debit Card*- Axis Bank
    • Savings Bank Account*- Bank of India & Corporation Bank


Pay via Standing Instructions

  • Pay via Standing Instructions

  • This automated facility allows to set up Standing Instructions on your bank account (ECS/Direct Debit) or credit card (Visa/Master/American Express) for regular debit of your renewal premiums. To avail this facility, please submit the duly filled ECS - Direct Debit Mandate with the cancelled cheque (for bank accounts) or Credit Card SI Mandate along a copy of the front face of the credit card (for Credit Card). 

    • Banks with whom Direct Debit facility is available are Bank of Baroda, Citibank, ICICI, IDBI & Union Bank of India. 
    • List of ECS enabled locations and mandates are available at PNB MetLife Branches and on our website.


Pay in Person

    You can also choose to pay your premium through crossed cheque or Demand Draft issued in favor of "PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. - Policy No." You may drop the renewal cheques at any of the following:

  • Drop Boxes

  • You can also drop your renewal cheque/draft at any Skypak drop box across locations in India or any PNB MetLife branch nearest to you.
  • PNB MetLife Branches

  • You can pay at any PNB MetLife Branch via a cheque, demand draft, cash* (upto Rs. 50,000/- only) or Credit Card (Visa and Master only) between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  • Suvidhaa Outlets

  • Renewal premium payments can be made in CASH* at any of the Suvidhaa Outlets across India. Suvidhaa outlets are available across the country. 


    Guidelines:

    • Premium payment in cash* should not exceed Rs 50,000/- in a calendar month, across policies (including Proposal Deposit/ Renewal Payment/ Top Up) held by a customer across roles 
    • Premium payment can be made for Inforce policies and policies which are lapsed for a period = < 5 months
    • Cash payments are advised to be made at Suvidhaa outlets against an official receipt. In case an official receipt is not received for cash payment within 7 days please call 1-800-425-6969.
  • Indian Post Office

  • You can choose to pay your premium by cash to the nearest Indian Post Office. Currently this facility is available in Assam, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Kerala (only for Health Plan). Submission of PAN Card or Form 60 / 61 is mandatory for premium of Rs. 50,000 and above.


Payment at Axis Bank

  • For all customers

  • Cheque/Cash collection: Make renewal premium payments at Axis Bank branches (through cash/local cheques/DD) or at Axis Bank ATM drop boxes (through local cheques/DD's).
  • For Customers who have an Axis Bank account

  • i Connect: Pay through Axis Bank i-connect facility by logging on to www.axisbank.com. Axis Bank ATM: Pay through Axis Bank ATM post registration by logging on to www.axisbank.com


Payments via NEFT

  • NEFT Instructions

  • To initiate an NEFT transaction for making your PNB MetLife renewal premium payment, please ensure to provide the following specific details on the ‘NEFT- Fund Transfer option’ available in the Netbanking section of your Bank’s website (in case you wish to make the payment online) or ‘NEFT Transfer Form’ available at your Bank branch (in case you wish to make the payment from your Bank branch)

    BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT: 6969 followed by the Policyholder’s 8 digits Policy Number
    Example: For Policy No. XXXXXXXX Beneficiary Account to be entered is : 6969XXXXXXXX

    ACCOUNT No./ BENEFICIARY NAME: followed by the (Policyholders Name)
    Example: 0035216014 / PNB MetLife- Mr. Axxx Kxxxxx

    BANK NAME: Citibank N.A.

    BRANCH NAME: Bangalore

    CITI BANK ACCOUNT TYPE: Current Account

    IFSC Code: CITI0000004

    AMOUNT: As per the Policyholder’s “Due Premium Amount”

    Please Remember:

    1. The PNB MetLife Policy Number as updated while using the NEFT option should be complete and correct
    2. The status of your policy should be “Active” while using this payment option
    3. The Beneficiary Account Number and Name should match as per the details provided above
    4. The Name of the bank should be mentioned as 'Citibank N.A.' along with other related details as provided above.
    5. The IFSC code should be correctly mentioned
    6. The terms and conditions of the Internet banking facility of your bank will apply. The payment is subject to registration of Citibank N.A. as a payee by the Internet banking module of your Bank
    7. The NEFT facility is subject to the rules and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India, as applicable from time to time
    8. NEFT option is not available for Citibank N.A. account holders. They can pay through I-connect option on the Citibank N.A. Website
    9. For every successful NEFT transaction, your Bank will provide a UTR number (Unique Transaction Reference No.). For any query related to an NEFT transaction, please mention the UTR No. of the transaction.
  • Payments via NEFT Facility

  • Now make your PNB MetLife renewal premium payment from your own bank account through the NEFT facility. This facility can be used through the Net Banking option available on your Bank’s website or also by visiting your bank branch*.

    This fast, easy and secure payment mode can be operated from anywhere from your home/office/mobile or even at your own bank branch. It offers several advantages over the conventional modes of money transfer like elimination of collection and clearance process for cheques and draft, providing instant transfer of funds, etc.
