Ltd.,: today, announced the appointment of Ms Vibha Paul Rishi as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on Board effective March 05, 2015. Ms Rishi is a seasoned marketing professional, well-respected in the corporate world and is currently on the Board of Future Consumer Enterprises Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd., Tata Teleservices Limited, Tata Chemicals Ltd. and Escorts Ltd. and the Indian Hotels Company Ltd. An accomplished brand and human capital management professional with a strong focus on consumers, Ms. Rishi will be chairing the ‘Policyholders Protection Committee’ and the ‘With Profits Committee’. She will also be a member of the Audit Committee, Asset & Liability Management & Risk Management Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
